2010 National School Sport Week

Schools up and down the country are taking part in various activities to encourage children of all ages to take up sports and try their hands at new ones. Schools will be bringing the magic and anticipation of London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games to their classrooms, sports halls and playing fields, inspiring young people to do more sport.
Last year over 10,000 schools took part, with even more this year. Lots of schools will be promoting trampolining during this week, and we think it's a great scheme, and one you can find out even more about by visiting the Schools Sport Week website.
