Trampoline Exercise Can Prevent A Cold
Exercise 'can prevent a cold' study shows
According to a report by the BBC regular exercise such as getting out on your trampoline can decrease your chances of catching a common cold.
A study was done in North American with over 1,000 people during Autumn and Winter to determine their daily exercise levels, their diet etc and then relate this to a record each person kept of their coughs and sneezes over the same time.
It was found that people who exercised for 20 minutes a day or more were up to 50% less like to catch a cold than those who did nothing, so now you have no excuse to not get out on your trampoline!
