National School Sport Week
This is National School Sport Week organised by the Youth Sport Trust.
This year nearly 5 million children are aiming to achieve their personal best throughout the week, whether that's individually, in their class, in their school or in their club.
Everything that can be done to encourage children to exercise and get involved in sport needs to be encouraged. Trampolines have become so popular because they are certainly an easy and very efffective form of exercise for both children and adults.
