Here at Atlantic Trampolines we are as serious about trampoline safety as we are about trampoline fun.
That is why we have taken the step to stamp our authority and seriousness about trampoline safety by joining RoSPA, the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents. More than 13,500 people die as a result of accidents across the UK each year. There are millions of other injuries. Accidents cause loss and suffering to the victims and their loved ones, employers and UK society as a whole. We promote safety and the prevention of accidents at work, at leisure, on the road, in the home and through safety education. They are a registered charity and have been at the heart of accident prevention in the UK and around the world for more than 90 years.
A key theme of RoSPA's is the principle principle is that life, particularly our leisure time, should be as safe as necessary, not as safe as possible. This means that unless risks are intolerable, good accident prevention is about enabling them to be managed safely, rather than banning activities altogether.
This is why we have joined RoSPA, to promote trampoline safety, making sure that you have as much fun as possible when using your trampoline, but also being as safe as possible.
RoSPA have published some safety tips and advice on their website, which we would strongly recommend you reading if you are unsure the best way to keep you or your children safe on the trampoline. You can find the advice here.
For any questions or queries you may have about our trampolines or questions in general, don't hesitate to pick up the phone and call us FREE on 0800 032 5879.
